Refund Policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ?

- To exchange an item, please email RETURNS to info@openplanes.com with your order number.

As soon as we receive your item we will issue credit to your original payment method. We encourage you to place another order with the new size that you'd want in order to guarantee it's availability.

- Products must be unworn and unwashed.

- Shipping fee is not refundable

- We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

-For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
